This role is ideal for an attorney who wants a path to long-term success and growth inside a top Nevada firm! Responsibilities: Handle a caseload of workers compensation cases from inception to resolution. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Attend hearings and mediations. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Assist with trial preparation and strategy. Maintain consistent client communication and case strategy execution What to Expect: Dedicated support staff (case managers + legal assistants) No traditional billable hour requirement High-volume, fast-moving Direct access to leadership and mentorship Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the state bar and in good standing Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite 2+ years of Workers Compensation Law experience is preferred but not required.
