It’s important to know, what you do matters. At Zurich, we don’t just cover, we care.
We’re looking for an experienced Claims Advisor to join our Workers’ Compensation team. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of complex workers’ compensation claims from inception to settlement, working closely with injured workers, employers, brokers, legal vendors and regulators to deliver timely, cost‑effective and sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes. You’ll set and review reserves, develop case strategies and evaluations, escalate issues when needed, and ensure all claims activities meet Zurich and WorkCover governance, legislative and quality assurance requirements. You’ll also lead engagement with legal partners, represent Zurich at resolution meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement and strategic priorities across the team.
