EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of Workers Compensation claims handling (Required)
• All Lines Adjuster License (Preferred)
• Experience in Logistics (Preferred)
• Experience working with a Risk Management Information System (Preferred)
• Multi-jurisdictional/State experience/multi-State licensing (Preferred)
• Multi State licensing (Preferred)
• Experience in analyzing, negotiating, and strategizing claims (Required)

JOB PURPOSE:

To help achieve IRM vision of being the highest performance shared service provision within DPDHL, whilst contributing added value to the group. This role is responsible for applying professional claims knowledge, administration, processing claims, analytical skills, and reporting services with limited supervision for the DPDHL divisions in alignment with the IRM Shared Service
