Responsibilities
  • Provide workers compensation advice and support across the business.
  • Liaise with production management, People & Culture, and health centres to ensure effective case management.
  • Assist the Workers Compensation Manager with day-to-day file management.
  • Respond to queries related to workers compensation matters.
  • Support the processing of claim determinations and account payments.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate claims management.
