This Workers’ Compensation Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support, focusing on nonexempt functions to ensure efficient case handling and compliance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of workers compensation experience preferred but not required

OTHER (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):

  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Must be able to coordinate and prioritize task assignments
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including full knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and
    PowerPoint

    The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.
    Minnesota: [$47,500-$57,000]

Responsibilities
  • Professional and confidential intake, investigation, and reporting of workers

compensation claims.

  • Process, investigate and resolve claims.
  • Perform transaction data entry into system with a high degree of accuracy.

Ensure claim information is accurately entered into the claims processing system.

  • Maintain open communications with divisional and department leads.
  • Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned
