ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the Workers Compensation Manager, you will take ownership of the end to end management of LWB’s Workers Compensation Program, including oversight of our Self-Insurance licence in NSW. Your strategic leadership will ensure best practice approaches to policy, compliance, premium management and risk mitigation across all state jurisdictions.
Collaborating with internal leaders and key external stakeholders, you will drive injury management initiatives that align with regulatory and financial requirements. Drawing on extensive experience in large, high volume organisations, you will lead and empower a geographically dispersed team, influencing all levels to manage complex challenges and deliver impactful outcomes.
This is a permanent full time role based in Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney, or Melbourne, offering flexibility to work from your preferred location, whether from home or an LWB office. Occasional office attendance will be required for training, meetings, and other business needs.
