Description Bender Insurance Solutions is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Specialist to serve as a strategic claims advocate for our commercial clients. This is not an adjuster role. This is a consultative position focused on improving claim outcomes, influencing reserving strategies, and partnering with Producers to deliver measurable value to clients. What You'll Do Conduct high-level workers’ compensation claim reviews Influence claim strategy with carriers, TPAs, and defense counsel Identify reserving concerns and closure opportunities Partner with Producers in prospect and renewal meetings Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on claim performance Contribute to agency safety initiatives and strategic planning What You Bring 3+ years of progressive workers’ compensation claims experience (complex or litigated claims preferred) Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority Experience working with carriers, TPAs, or in a claims advocacy role Preferred designations: WCIP, WCLS, WCCA Requirements Why Join Bender?
