  • Worksite Location: Plymouth, Mendota Heights, or St. Cloud, MN | Hybrid
  • Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 annually

What you’ll do as the Worker’s Compensation Claims Administrator:

  • Provide service, expertise, and guidance to clients with a planned approach for prompt, fair handling of workers’ compensation claims
  • Develop action plans on high exposure claims
  • Work value-added services for large client accounts
  • Monitor specific claims with a goal to ensure reserve and claims handling accuracy
  • Work with insurance adjusters and clients as a liaison to advocate for the best claim resolution
  • Demonstrate the ability to have challenging discussions in a respectful manner
  • Set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate product by utilizing the company’s software system(s)
  • Collaborate with team members to identify claim issues, potential solutions, strategies and services for clients
  • Prepare and analyze loss history and claim reports to identify loss trends with the goal of reducing the cost of risk
  • Apply and gain a full understanding of experience modifications, reserve analysis, and Unit Stat Card filings

What you’ll bring to the Worker’s Compensation Claims Administrator role:

  • A combination of education and experience generally attained through Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree and a minimum of 6+ years work experience in Workers’ Compensation claims
  • A great understanding and knowledge of Workers’ Compensation claims processes
  • Active property and casualty license
  • Strong written and verbal skills, along with the ability to demonstrate client empathy
  • Ability to maintain internal and external relationships with professionalism
  • Ability to carry out complex tasks with many variables
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Database programs
