SAIC is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Workflow Administrator to join our team supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E). The successful candidates will review reports and correspondence packages, drive tasks to timely completion, and ensure the accuracy and clarity of communications within the R&E organization. This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information under pressure. This position is 100%25 on site in Arlington, VA. This position is contingent upon contract award anticipated in late 2025 / early 2026. Job Description: Review and route senior-level executive correspondence via the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) database, ensuring all taskers are handled and triaged appropriately and in a timely manner. Compose correspondence and documents for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy of enclosures, attachments, and reference documentation Review correspondence packages for completeness, content, and format ensuring compliance with established DoD correspondence standards and professional formatting/grammar. Maintain awareness of all tasks within the organization, triage tasks for completion based on precedence of tasks, proactively seek out the status of each task, and engage throughout the organization to drive tasks to timely completion. Route correspondence in accordance with designated routing lists, recommending format and content changes to maintain high-quality products while maintaining control systems to always reflect task status. Develop and maintain standards to ensure correspondence complies with R&E records management programs and all applicable federal laws and agency regulations. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience demonstrating timely and high-quality support to Executive-level Principals in complex and fast-paced environments. Masters and eight (8) years or more of experience. Experience in providing correspondence management and coordination management support. Strong understanding and experience with CATMS. Experience working within DoD. Background in National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements is preferred. Required Clearance: Active TS/SCI U.S. Citizenship Required Skills: High degree of critical thinking, initiative, problem solving, and professional judgement. Experience writing briefings, correspondence, and reports. Excellent grammar and computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, manage priorities, and handle sensitive information. Excellent organizational and teambuilding skills. Strong attention to detail.
