You will create automation that: removes manual work improves decision-making increases speed makes operations scalable WHAT YOU WILL OWN You will take full ownership of: building scripts that automate multi-step workflows connecting APIs, databases, spreadsheets, CRM tools, and dashboards designing logic that routes tasks, flags issues, and triggers actions creating dashboards showing real-time status, ownership, and performance structuring data flows that eliminate duplication and confusion documenting systems so non-technical teams can use them continuously improving speed, accuracy, and scalability FIRST 90 DAYS map high-friction workflows across the business identify top automation opportunities launch at least 2 live automations with measurable impact build or upgrade at least 1 core dashboard create a structured backlog of automation opportunities ranked by business value HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED You will be measured on output, not activity.
