Description
Overview We are seeking a Workflow Coordinator to support our clients Foundations Program within the Upstream Unconventional organization. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating standardized workflows and processes across multiple business units. The Workflow Coordinator will collaborate with internal stakeholders, Lean teams, and contractors to ensure workflows, standards, and reporting processes are implemented consistently across all sites. Responsibilities Develop and maintain standardized workflows for Foundations Program deliverables. Partner with Lean teams, stakeholders, and contractors to improve and optimize workflows. Ensure workflows are implemented consistently across all sites. Provide workflow training and support to Site Coordinators. Assist with establishing and maintaining program standards. Document standards and updates through formal decision records. Ensure teams follow established processes and standards. Gather information from Site Coordinators and compile monthly reports. Track program progress, schedule updates, and cost reporting. Maintain a master list of facilities and program deliverables. Update program scope as sites are added, removed, or modified. Serve as the primary contact for workflow and standards support. Assist with onboarding and training of new Site Coordinators as the program expands. Qualifications Experience coordinating workflows, processes, or operational programs. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Experience compiling reports and tracking project progress. Strong communication and documentation skills. Oil & gas industry experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Must meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, agility, and fit for duty.
