Pratt Industries is seeking a skilled and motivated Developer to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. This role is essential for supporting and enhancing our manufacturing operations by implementing and maintaining Design Workflow Applications. If you have a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment, we encourage you to apply!   Responsibilities: * Help install, administrate and support a Design Workflow Product * Work extensively with our software vendor to build and integrate a design workflow software platform * Provide support to our design segment * Collaborate with business analysts and manufacturing stakeholders to understand business requirements, and translate into technical specifications. Requirements: * A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field OR equivalent practical experience (3+ years) in software development. * Project Management * Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex system issues that impact production. * Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to both IT peers and non-technical business users (e.g., floor supervisors, finance staff). * Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in coding, testing, and system maintenance to ensure data integrity and system reliability. * Adaptability & Urgency: Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond quickly to time-sensitive manufacturing issues, and adjust to changing business needs. * Teamwork & Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
