Yoto’s Operations Team The Operations team is central to ensuring the smooth functioning of our processes. The Workflow Integrations Engineer will work closely with all departments to identify and automate time-consuming or repetitive tasks, improving efficiency and productivity across the company. What you’ll be doing: Design and exploit existing API integrations to connect our diverse platforms and systems (Shopify, Amazon, NetSuite) and ensure integrations are secure, scalable and maintainable Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing integrations promptly to minimise downtime and disruption Perform regular health checks and maintenance on integrations to ensure continuous smooth operation Work closely with all Yoto departments, understanding their workflows and identifying opportunities for automation and efficiencies Engage with external stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance system interoperability Evaluate, implement, and manage tools that automate and optimise workflows across the organisation. Ensure these tools are user-friendly and provide training to team members as necessary Continuously monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve overall productivity Develop and manage a tiered system for workflow automation and efficiency improvements within Yoto, with a particular focus on Tier 2 enablement Tier 1: Team-Member Self-Help and Training Tier 2: In-House Development Tier 3: External Development Consultants What you’ll bring: Strong experience in designing and developing API integrations. Netsuite expertise. Proficiency with ecommerce systems such as Shopify. Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Celigo or Boomi. Excellent troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve integration issues quickly. Ability to think critically and strategically to optimise workflows. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement. Commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in integration and workflow automation. Nice to have: EDI experience.
