Our largest distribution centre processes around 600,000 units per day to our retail stores and to our customer’s doors which is by no means straightforward. About the role We are looking for a Workflow resource validation & support analyst to join the team to accurately account for all paid hours on site by day, week and respective business unit Responsibilities of a Workflow resource validation & support analyst are to validate hours used vs. output via an agreed flex model to challenge BU spends. Set up accounting for the net daily resource position & challenge following day actuals. Set up quantifying the shift position at handover via a “check out” process. Ownership of the site flex models and forecasting tools. Checking rates and assumptions every week vs. actuals Daily, Weekly and monthly resource planning Following week’s resource plan by dept. to be delivered to BU owners midweek, every week. Highlight the surplus resource by BU that can be deployed to other areas Maintain BU base hours against site structure plan and plan recruitment based on known vacancies To succeed in the role of Workflow resource validation & support analyst, you will be a team player, possessing excellent communication skills when dealing with colleagues at all levels within the organisation. You will be self-motivated, organised and be able to prioritise in changing and pressurised situations, with demonstrable problem-solving skills. * An analytical mind-set * A clinical and thorough approach to your work * Experience in delivering under pressure and to tight deadlines * Experience of delegating tasks and ensuing follow up on their completion * Experience in influencing key stakeholders at all levels * Skilled in Microsoft Excel * The ability to deliver reports to a high quality and directly to GM level   Please note: Certain roles are subject to DBS and credit checks.
