Position Overview: As a Workflow Specialist within our Legal Managed Services team, you will play a key role in coordinating and optimising our contract review operations. You’ll oversee efficient workflow distribution, uphold quality standards, and drive operational excellence, all while supporting a growing team of legal professionals in delivering outstanding service to our clients. Working hours: 9am-6pm EST Key Responsibilities Monitor triage and assign incoming tasks across the team using internal platforms and tools. Manage resources and distribute workloads fairly to maintain operational efficiency. Optimise legal contract workflows to ensure efficient processing and SLA delivery. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline contract processing. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow integration. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data by regularly entering and verifying billing and operational information in internal systems. Track recurring patterns in tickets to suggest automation opportunities or product improvements. Required Experience: Previous experience managing workflow distribution and ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment. Front and or Airtable experience is a huge plus! Experience in project or team coordination, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proven track record of implementing and optimizing operational processes Experience with productivity and workflow management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination. Enthusiasm for working with new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a focus on operational efficiency and automation.
