POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workforce Administrator to support our project and office teams in day-to-day administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and is passionate about supporting our project teams. The work force administrator will be responsible for job posting, employee onboarding, scheduling staff locations, and HR/Payroll support tasks under the direction and guidance of senior leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED, associate’s degree highly desired.
  • 2 + years of direct workforce administrative experience, or similar role.
  • Construction industry experience highly desired
  • Demonstrated knowledge of job posting websites including INDEED.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience - including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office365 & Teams
  • Able to work individually with a teamwork mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High numerical aptitude and detail oriented.
  • Able to withhold confidential information
  • Willingness to undergo and pass a background check & drug screen

Responsibilities
  • Work with project / office teams on creating ads for job postings.
  • Post jobs on designated platforms and track all incoming responses and resumes.
  • Review and filter incoming resumes and forward to senior leaders
  • Onboard all new crew/staff ensure paperwork/IDs are complete.
  • Run background, and MVR checks for all new crew and staff.
  • Coordinate and communicate with payroll for all required paperwork to ensure accurate processing.
  • Responsible for tracking employee positions and communicating with employees on new assignments.
  • Responsible for all employee housing including tracking lease renewals, communicating with landlords for set up of rent/utility payments in coordination with Accounts Payable.
  • Communicate any housing issues with senior leaders in an expedited manner.
  • Participate in weekly huddles for all projects, reporting current manpower/ housing positions and coordinating future needs.
  • Participate in Weekly HR meeting with project overview for staffing and other needs/report on hires/fires.
  • Coordinate and track field training including OSHA safety training.
  • Assist senior leaders with annual company events.
