Responsibilities

Under general direction, this position is responsible for delivering the following functions:

  • Provide Workforce and Culture (W&C) services to the NFSA on a range of HR related functions whilst escalating any complex matters to senior team members - with particular focus on:
  • learning and development; and
  • health and wellbeing.
  • Complete HR administrative tasks associated with the delivery of W&C systems and services, including:
  • maintaining the LearnHub program content and data, and compiling statistical reporting,
  • accurate and timely processing of invoices and ServiceNow ticketing requests,
  • maintaining the team budget sheet,
  • monitoring and actioning the W&C email inbox,
  • coordinating the employee wellbeing calendar and events,
  • Coordinating the new starters’ building tours,
  • updating team communication on internal platforms e.g., SharePoint and internal newsletter,
  • monitoring and updating the staff parking register; and
  • assisting with the drafting of reports for the Board and relevant NFSA committees.
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to staff and managers to ensure compliance.
  • Undertake policy and legislative research as necessary to support allocated tasks.
  • Actively participate in a variety of short-term projects in maintaining, developing, and promoting HR related activities.
