REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in agile / start or scaleups / working at pace
  • You will be an experienced Workforce Capacity Analyst with proven expertise in workforce/ Headcount planning
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills – you’re approachable, credible, and confident.
  • Confident in delivering presentations, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and managing change in a complex & agile environment
  • Proven and effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and action complex data
  • Strong analytical capability, able to identify improvement opportunities in large datasets and presenting technical insights clearly to diverse audiences with creative questioning approaches including use of data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Self-driven and able to work with ambiguity with the ability to work in an agile and fast paced environment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Workforce Capacity Analyst to lead the development and delivery of workforce planning and network capacity initiatives across ProblemShared. This pivotal role will ensure alignment between workforce capacity and business forecasts, enabling the organisation to meet its strategic and operational workforce goals effectively.
You will be responsible for developing long-, medium-, and short-term workforce plans, managing governance and stakeholder engagement, and supporting executive decision-making. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
