Description Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to supporting individuals as they work toward employment and self-sufficiency? We are seeking a Workforce Case Manager with strong data management skills and hands-on experience using the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS). In this role, you will ensure accurate documentation, maintain compliance standards, and support clients through structured case planning and employment services. Perform thorough intake and eligibility assessments while accurately entering and updating all client information in CWDS Maintain complete, timely, and compliant case files, ensuring all required documentation, case notes, and service entries are recorded in CWDS Develop individualized employment plans and measurable goals in collaboration with clients Track client progress, outcomes, and service activities using CWDS reporting tools Provide ongoing support, coaching, and referrals to training programs, education partners, and community resources Coordinate with employers, training providers, and partner agencies to support job placement and retention Review data regularly to ensure accuracy, identify gaps, and maintain compliance with program and funder requirements Stay informed about workforce programs, labor market trends, and available resources to better assist clients Requirements Experience with the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS) is required Strong data entry accuracy, documentation skills, and familiarity with compliance-driven environments Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, workforce development, or a related field preferred Prior experience in case management, workforce development, or employment services Ability to develop and maintain structured case plans and track progress toward goals Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
