This role functions as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other internal HR teams, providing expert guidance on compliance-related matters. Key responsibilities include: Advancing risk mitigation strategies, harmonizing policies, and fostering continuous improvement in workforce compliance practices. The liaison is also responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust compliance programs that align with organizational goals as well as regulatory and statutory requirements. Collaboration, Compliance Strategy & Execution: Lead workforce compliance initiatives across departments and systems. Standardize credentialing and standards compliance protocols to ensure consistency and regulatory adherence. Develop and implement compliance frameworks that support organizational goals. Provide strategic guidance on compliance related workflows, compliance risks, and policy alignment. Facilitate collaboration and decision-making across functional areas. Regulatory Compliance, Accreditation and Risk Management: Ensure workforce compliance activities meet federal, state, and healthcare-specific regulations (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS). Support audit readiness, documentation, and accreditation efforts. Monitor regulatory updates and assess organizational impact. Develop dashboards, risk assessments, and compliance metrics to monitor performance. Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to leadership. Present insights and trends to inform strategic decision-making. Policy Harmonization & Governance: Review and reconcile workforce compliance policies across departments. Draft unified procedures, SOPs, and training materials. Support the implementation and enforcement of workforce compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal and healthcare standards. Change Management & Stakeholder Training: Design and deliver training programs on compliance workflows, systems, and expectations. Lead change management efforts to promote adoption and minimize disruption. Communicate compliance priorities and updates across the organization. Participate in special projects related to workforce compliance, risk mitigation, process improvement, and statutory and regulatory readiness. Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field Experience: Four (4) years progressive experience in human resources, healthcare compliance, auditing or regulatory affairs or healthcare related experience in workforce compliance, records management, auditing or statutory and regulatory compliance; OR in lieu of Bachelors degree, 8 total years of relevant experience. Minimum Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and data auditing tools Proven experience in process integration, compliance, strategy and HR best practices. Ability to interpret and apply federal, state, and internal HR policies to workforce compliance. Knowledge of employment law, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS). Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience supporting organizational change and system transitions. Proven ability to define objectives, establish priorities, and manage multiple assignments within defined procedures and deadlines. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills HR Service Delivery Consultant or HR Business Partner Preferred Qualificiations Completion of specialized training in human resources, healthcare regulations, HRIS systems, or compliance auditing. Certification in HR (Professional in Human Resources PHR or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional - SHRM-CP) or Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Healthcare Quality (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality CPHQ). Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience in HR compliance and/or quality improvement within healthcare. Experience in multi-site healthcare systems. Advanced skills in HRIS platforms (Workday, Lawson, PeopleSoft), Excel, and compliance tracking tools.
