Education - Bachelor's degree is required. May substitute an additional four (4) years of relevant work experience for the required degree. Experience - Four (4) years of human resources experience, including employee training and development. Two (2) years leading an organization learning management system. Other Requirement(s) - Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed. If using a personal vehicle to travel, a valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance are required.
