Workforce Development Associate - Site (2734) Your responsibilities will include support team in monitoring training certification, manage training software (LMS), upload training records in software, manage learning content etc. Provide information regarding existing training materials and documentation Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts Collaborate within site to optimize department strategies Implement solutions Evaluate solution effectiveness and make appropriate adjustments Provide Instruction, facilitation, or presentations Develop, Govern, and Administer Processes and Systems Create and maintain Learning Management System (LMS) records Administer and manage systems for supporting training, development, and education Establish and apply standards for workforce development procedures Identify and report on critical metrics (readiness and training completion reports) Define and document business processes to provide development solutions Create or support implementation and communication plans
