Description

Prepare Training Compliance Weekly reports according to established parameters. Follow up with Team Members (TMs) and Managers to ensure flawless training completion. Conduct New Hire Team Member Orientation (TMO). Maintain and update training records on the LMS Software Workday (Learning Management System). Build, assign, and close training sessions and On-the-Job training on LMS. Manage classroom training operations and logistics. Monitor and maintain training assets such as laptops and special stationery used in production areas (ESD notebooks, ESD pens).
