Description
Lead the administration of Ventia’s workforce planning system as the Workforce Enablement Manager. This role ensures the effective deployment of resources across short term contracts and projects and is pivotal in supporting strategic workforce planning, talent optimisation and continuous improvement across the Infrastructure Services Sector. You will be the custodian of resource data, enabling data driven insights for long range capability planning and ensuring resource mobilisation aligns with project requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to influence workforce strategy in a growing environment where our workforce is expected to triple over the next few years. Lead administration of workforce planning systems ensuring accuracy and integrity Mobilise resources for new short-term contracts and campaigns Manage resource allocated and utilisation to improve retention and reduce costs Provide reporting and analytics to inform strategic decisions including workforce metrics, trends and forecasting Partner with delivery, operations, and support teams to align workforce plans with project needs Drive system improvements and process efficiencies for workforce mobilisation Required Skills and Experience Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Administration, Project Management or related field (preferred) Proven experience in workforce strategy, resource management, and system led solutions Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning systems and data tools Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
