Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Workforce Information & ESR Support Lead to join our Workforce Information Team. We are dedicated to enhancing and expanding the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system and services we provide to all staff. ESR plays a pivotal role in our operations. By joining our team, you will contribute to driving positive change within the trust, helping us deliver improved services and support to all employees.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of ESR. This role will provide essential support to our staff by managing ESR access. You will be working closely with the Workforce Information Manager supporting in the utilisation of ESR to introduce all available functionalities and training to use our services, support in maintaining work structures, BI reporting, and ensuring audits are carried out to support excellent data quality, data entry/recording, taking any corrective action required to introduce training plans where necessary to support future data quality of ESR.
We are looking for a full-time candidate for an office-based role, requiring the individual to work on-site four days a week and remotely one day a week.
