As a Workforce Management & Planning Analyst you will work in a fast-paced team where you will have the ability to have an influence over the outcomes of our customers. Within this role you will analyse complex data for forecasting, create a capacity plan and the running of the routines of capacity plans. You will work closely with other teams to ensure the needs and expectations of our customers are met.
