KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess daily staffing needs and allocate employees to gaming tables accordingly.
  • Develop and manage efficient work schedules and rotations to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Collaborate with HR and Team Managers to review time-off requests and approve schedules.
  • Monitor employee attendance, ensuring compliance with schedules and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare daily staffing reports, verify work hours, address scheduling discrepancies, and manage administrative tasks.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless integration process.
  • Manage shift rotations to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
