David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Workforce Manager for their Gaming studios in Sofia, Bulgaria. Position: Workforce Manager Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses About the role. As a Scheduling and Staffing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations through effective workforce planning and coordination. Working closely with Operations, HR and Team Managers, you will manage schedules, rotations and attendance while maintaining full staffing coverage across shifts. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing operational needs with people-focused collaboration. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize, coordinate, supervise and verify employee schedules, table rotations and attendance for the Operations Department. Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth workforce planning and execution. Coordinate with Team Managers on time-off requests, approvals and shift scheduling to ensure full coverage. Prepare and submit regular staffing and scheduling reports while resolving inconsistencies. Create daily staffing reports, verify work hours and track approved leave. Develop and maintain staffing plans to support all business units effectively. Monitor attendance and ensure adherence to assigned schedules. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory staffing requirements. Verify staffing levels for each shift to ensure operational needs are met. Prepare studio rotation files for incoming shifts. Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned by Supervisors or Management. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Law or a related field is considered an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with workforce management tools. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills with high attention to detail. Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role.. Willingness to work on-site in a shift-based office environment.
