WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

You will:

  • Provide HR and administrative support across multiple teams, including Rural Incentives, Rostering, and Workforce Transactions.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Draft and refine communications, reports, and emails for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate events, training sessions, and workforce engagement initiatives.
  • Work flexibly across different teams based on business needs, ensuring a dynamic and varied workload.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You should have:

  • A background in HR, business administration, workforce planning, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with numbers, spreadsheets, and data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to work collaboratively across different teams and adapt to changing priorities.
