SUMMARY:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • 3+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services
  • Experience with Data Analytics/Data Management
  • Headcount Management experience
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to convey workforce insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to pivot strategies based on changing business needs
  • Understanding of Tableau and/or PowerBI is a plus
Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Workforce Operations is a strategic function responsible for managing and optimizing the human capital of an organization. It encompasses planning, analytics, governance, and execution across hiring, headcount forecasting, and operational efficiency. This role is essential for streamlining processes, managing headcount, and aligning workforce strategy with business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct headcount analytics and demand planning.
  • Manage requisition submissions and vacancy tracking.
  • Align workforce capacity with business needs using source data from tools like Workday and Contingent Resource Management (Beeline)
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for workforce metrics.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews of workforce KPIs.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and platforms
  • Support operating framework and controls for:
  • Open role planning, ramp plans, recruiting, contingent workforce management, contractor UTA & tenure, expense initiatives (EI), span of control (SPOC), and strategic alignment
  • Expense Initiatives (EI), Move the Lines (MTL), Vendor Management (SOW, transactional)
  • Oversee operational health, analyze outcomes, manage controls, and ensure process adherence for:
  • Workforce Metrics (ex. Gearing Ratios, Stove pipe, etc.)
  • Attrition, Retention Tracking (Role, Resource)
