Responsibilities include developing forecasts, and workplans that balance service delivery and employee wellbeing.   This is a permanent full-time opportunity, within the Workforce Management team. Flexible location options are available to work from ACC hub sites in either Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin. About you | Mōu You can work independently while being part of a supportive team. Our team is based in various locations throughout New Zealand, yet we maintain a close-knit and supportive environment. You are proactive and willing to take the initiative to reach out to team members for assistance whenever needed. * Background with workforce management tools (e.g., Genesys Cloud) would be advantageous. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Commitment to diversity and inclusion. * Experience managing busy environments.  * Strong stakeholder influence and collaboration skills.  * Customer-focused with advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and PowerBI.  * Cultural competency in Māori and/or Pacific cultures is ideal * Please describe a workforce management strategy or solution which you have developed and implemented and how it benefited the business. * Please let us know your preference for a secondment or permanent opportunity. * Please confirm your preferred ACC hub location.
