About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As a Workforce Planner, you will ensure our workforce aligns with strategic goals through proactive forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and real-time adjustments. Responsibilities include developing forecasts, and workplans that balance service delivery and employee wellbeing. About you | Mōu You can work independently while being part of a supportive team. Our team is based in various locations throughout New Zealand, yet we maintain a close-knit and supportive environment. You are proactive and willing to take the initiative to reach out to team members for assistance whenever needed. Proven skills in workload management, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time resource allocation. Background with workforce management tools (e.g., Genesys Cloud). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to diversity and inclusion. Experience managing busy environments. Strong stakeholder influence and collaboration skills. Customer-focused with advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, and PowerBI.
