DIRECTORATE: Business, Growth & Community CLASSIFICATION: Grade H SALARY: $53.47 to $62.02 per hour + 12% employer contribution to superannuation REPORTING TO: Team Leader Talent and Organisational Development  EMPLOYMENT TYPE:  Temporary Part Time - up to 2 years THE POSITION: Under the broad guidance of the Team Leader, this position will drive strategic workforce planning through the development and implementation of a workforce management approach to suit the local government industry. Consulting with key stakeholders within the organisation to determine resourcing requirements and capabilities will be a strong focus in developing this key strategic function.
