THE VACANCY

An opportunity for a Workforce Planner has arisen for PAM Physio solutions. We are seeking an experienced/motivated individual to provide an effective service, ensuring maximum utilisation of clinicians, and overseeing the associates and PAM clinics.
This is a very busy role and involves working closely with other teams within the physio solutions business and the wider PAM group. The job therefore requires excellent communication skills and a professional appearance. Previous experience in a similar role and environment is desirable but not essential.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing clinician diaries.
  • Develops short- and long-term workforce plans for covering holidays and sickness.
  • Analyse data and trends to forecast staffing requirements across departments.
  • Create and manage a holiday planner ensuring holidays are taking in the year whilst avoid spikes in holiday allocation.
  • Support the implementation of workforce planning tools and systems.
  • Book and source external rooms to for physio clinics.
  • Ensure resource is available for all clinics and remote appointment.
  • Liaise with Operational Directors and Utilisation Managers to ensure any issues or opportunities are flagged and acted upon.

Where necessary be available to support the Customer Service team in any CS related task.
With previous administrative experience, you will have excellent organisational skills.
With strong IT, as well as an eye for detail. You will be able to work efficiently and accurately even during the busiest of times. You may have experience in the following: workforce planning, Excel, Admin, working under pressure and, manager multiple priorities.
