Our UK&E Growth Team play a key role in developing new business opportunities and compelling propositions that translate into high impact public services. We are looking for a natural problem solver to join the team as a Workforce Planning Analyst, where you will support the Head of Resourcing and Growth Support with near term resource demand planning, resource allocation and reporting for our UK&E bids. This role will see you play a key part in making sure we have the right people, in the right role, at the right time to deliver a successful bid outcome.

• Experience of working in a talent acquisition, capacity planning, workforce planning, analyst or project-based role
• Advanced MS Office Skills, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and service now resource planning would be advantageous
• Ability to turn data sets into meaningful reporting
• Be able to provide clarity from ambiguity
• Experience of exceptional collaboration, influencing, communication and engagement of a wide range of stakeholders
