Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Supporting our Customer Service and Ramp teams at Sydney Airport, we are seeking a motivated Workforce Planning & Administration Officer based between our headquarters at Mascot and our Sydney Airport offices. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, is task-focused, and is eager to contribute to long-term operational success at Rex.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage staff rosters, the rostering/payroll system, and employee leave planner.
  • Provide Administrative and operational support to the Airport Manager.
  • Support Rex Lounge operations across Terminal’s 2 & 3, including stock ordering/facilities management.
  • Professionally manage all telephone calls.
  • Establishing and maintain systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office/Airport facilities.
  • Handle and store sensitive information appropriately.
  • Prepare and maintain client airline billing records.
  • General ad-hoc duties where assigned.
