CSI Companies is hiring a Workforce Planning Analyst for our Fortune100 healthcare client.
Location: Onsite – San Antonio, TX 78257
Pay: $35-45/hour based on experience, certifications, and education
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm CST
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Planning Analyst to support our client’s long- and short-range planning efforts. This role is ideal for someone with Snowflake transition experience and strong data validation skills, particularly in financial planning and workforce analytics. The analyst will work closely with the Long-Range Planning team, supporting workforce forecasting, budget reconciliation, and data alignment across multiple platforms.

Job Duties:
- Partner with the Long-Range Planning team to align vendor forecasting and financial planning with business goals.
- Perform weekly Position Control reconciliations and review requisition approvals.
- Deliver comprehensive workforce analytics including FTE/Headcount and Cost per Calendar Day projections for internal and contract staff.
- Ensure accurate alignment across workforce rosters, requisitions, and budget targets inside position control tools.
- Track and manage monthly workforce data to align with appropriate allocations and GL mapping.
- Generate workforce planning reports to support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis (budget vs. actuals).
- Provide ad-hoc reporting for FP&A teams related to position count, salary impact, and budget cycles.
- Support recruitment alignment efforts in accordance with strategic business initiatives.
- Lead and support process improvements related to Position Control management and workforce data solutions.
- Handle confidential salary data with a high level of discretion and accuracy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
- 3+ years of Microsoft Excel with advanced functions for data manipulation.
- 1.5+ years of Tableau experience for data visualization and reporting.
- Proven experience supporting Snowflake transitions and data validation activities.
- Strong research, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with general ledger mapping and workforce allocation data is preferred.
- Must be comfortable with confidential data and complex workforce planning metrics.
Highly Preferred
- Large corporation experience
- Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience
