We are looking for a Workforce Planning Data Analyst to join our Support Centre in Richmond. This role is instrumental in supporting MECCA’s ambition to be the world’s number one beauty destination, whatever it takes. You’ll bring data-driven insights to help shape decisions, optimise outcomes, and embed solutions across our business.

The Role You Could Play

• Provide data analysis and testing support across key workforce management projects.
• Build, maintain, and optimise forecasting models, reports, dashboards, and tools that support decision-making.
• Monitor volume and labour forecast accuracy, proactively investigating and resolving issues.
• Assist with labour standards setup and ongoing reviews to align with operational needs and service models.
• Analyse workforce composition, identifying trends and translating complex data into clear insights.
• Partner with stakeholders across People, Retail, Finance and Data & Analytics to drive aligned outcomes.

What You Will Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

• 4+ years’ experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong technical competency with SQL, Excel and Tableau.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to connect insights to business outcomes.
• Previous experience with UKG is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Experience in workforce planning, retail operations, or project implementation (preferred).
