Job Description

Sodexo is looking for a Workforce Planning Senior to support and lead workforce planning initiatives!
As our Workforce Planning Senior, you’ll be responsible for driving best practice workforce planning and resource management strategies that create a competitive edge for Sodexo. You’ll ensure we are always one step ahead, with the right people in the right place, at the right time. Your expertise will help ensure safe, efficient, and quality service delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Implement strategic workforce solutions aligned to client and operational needs
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and Operational teams
  • Lead audits, manage rosters, and ensure commercial and client expectations are met
  • Mentor and support schedulers to deliver on SLA performance
  • Ensure compliance across contingent labour pools
  • Support new site mobilisations and workforce planning projects
