As our Workforce Planning Specialist, you’ll be the mastermind ensuring our rosters run seamlessly. You’ll expertly balance compliance, shift optimisation, and workforce metrics, all while collaborating with passionate Regional Managers, our dedicated GSC teams. Occasionally even teaming up with our Talent Acquisition team for a talent search.

ABOUT THE ROLE: You’ll keep everything ticking smoothly behind the scenes.

• Partner with Regional Managers to improve roster design, placement of employees, and workforce utilisation.
• Support daily roster compliance, identifying and resolving challenges quickly and effectively.
• Act as a subject matter expert for roster processes, policies, and compliance across your portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with GSC rostering and support teams to meet operational needs.
• Assist with managing labour hire use, escalation processes, and identifying recruitment needs.
