What you'll contribute to As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will determine resource requirements for all teams servicing the Dealer and customer network, ensuring that shifts are aligned to customer demand & commercially viable, meeting service standards & service excellence. You will be an integral partner to the Operations team, in educating the team and providing thought leadership in developing and maintaining a rostering environment that will assist in delivering positive servicing outcomes for the Dealer network and customers. You will be responsible for planning, adjusting and creating accurate forecasts along with helping with regular reporting needs. How you'll make an impact Manage and accurately prepare forecasts and budgets for call and application workloads and resource, monitoring drivers against business change & developing models to improve accuracy Create new and innovative forecast and capacity models to plan for future demand, growth and channel shifts where appropriate Support the business to deliver end of month and start of month reporting requirements Work with and support other workforce planners sharing expertise Your attributes Workforce Management experience, ideally 5+ years Expert skills in using a Workforce Management tool, preferably Verint Cloud Strong analytical and problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to manage and work through uncertainty (illnesses, other unplanned events) whilst staying solution focussed Expert skills in Excel for modelling and scenario planning Life at Toyota & What we offer you We pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people.
