Our office is located in a southeast suburb of Cleveland, Ohio near I-271 & I-480 (E. Broadway/Forbes exit). Job Description We operate in a fast-paced, high-turnover industry and are seeking someone who thrives in that environment. POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter/Administrative Specialist to support our growing workforce. This is a high-volume recruiting role focused primarily on hiring commercial cleaning personnel. Because of the nature of our industry, there are constant openings to fill. Success in this role requires resilience, follow-through, and the ability to work with applicants who may need additional guidance throughout the hiring process. In addition to recruiting, this role provides essential administrative support to keep our office running efficiently. This is an in-office, full-time day shift position with some flexibility and at least one day per week working into the early evening hours, and one day per week conducting off-site interviews at various locations throughout the Greater Cleveland Area. Key Responsibilities Recruiting (Primary Focus) Proactively source and recruit candidates using job boards(Indeed, ZipRecruiter,etc.), referrals, and community outreach Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews Manage high-volume applicant flow daily Follow up with candidates Clearly explain job expectations (evening hours, physical demands, location, etc.) Coordinate and attend local hiring events throughout Northeast Ohio Maintain accurate and organized candidate records Partner with management to quickly fill open positions Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience Administrative Support Answer and direct incoming phone calls Respond to email inquiries Perform data entry with strong attention to accuracy Maintain digital and physical filing systems Assist with reports and documentation Greet Office visitors and create a welcoming environment Assist other department with general administrative support What It Takes to Succeed in This Role This position requires someone who: Has exceptional patience, resilience, and a positive attitude Is comfortable recruiting front line employees in a high-turnover industry Is able to adapt quickly to evolving hiring priorities Is self-motivated and does not require constant oversight Thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment Is highly organized and detail-oriented Can communicate clearly and professionally with all personality types Is dependable and consistent Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED 1+ year of high-volume recruiting experience OR 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office Experience using job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test Preferred: Experience recruiting hourly and entry level candidates Staffing agency experrience Experience in janitorial, manufacturing, retail, fast food or hospitality industires. Working knowledge of Northeast Ohio communities and surrounding areas to support thoughful candidate placement and long-term job fit.
