Position: Roster Officer
Location: Sydney/ACT, NSW
Hours: 7am-3pm, Monday to Friday with some minor flexibility
About the role
As a Roster Officer, you will play a vital role in onboarding new clients in Home Care and managing the forward rosters for both new and existing staff across ACT and NSW. You’ll be part of a passionate and playful team who love the work and the energetic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forward Rostering: Efficiently fill rosters for new and existing staff by aligning their availability with client needs.
  • Provision of Interim Services: Implement interim services to support clients while they await the commencement of full services.
  • Collaboration and Handover: Work closely with Team Leaders and Care Partners to ensure a smooth transition for ongoing care provision.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in Administration preferably with exposure to rostering and scheduling
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships within the team and with clients.
