ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the hunt for an organised, process-driven Workforce and Roster Planner to join our Newcastle (Beresfield) branch. You’ll be responsible for mobilising teams, coordinating shutdown labour, and keeping projects running smoothly across the state. Whether you’re a seasoned planner or a Belt Splicer ready to transition off the tools, this role offers job security and career growth in a business that backs its people.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Coordinating labour mobilisation, including checking all required training, medicals and inductions are complete
• Building and maintaining rosters to meet shutdown schedules and client requirements
• Monitoring working hours and ensuring compliance with fatigue management rules
• Keeping employee tickets and training records up to date
• Booking training sessions, site access and inductions as needed
• Managing admin, data entry and communication with field teams
