We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Workforce Roster Team Leader to lead our rostering team. This newly created role is vital to ensuring our clinics is effectively staffed to support high quality care. Reporting directly to the Head of People Services, you will lead and oversee end-to-end rostering processes while ensuring alignment with workforce plans, operational needs and industrial awards and agreements.
This is a collaborative role that works closely with clinic leaders, operational teams, and People Services to ensure staffing needs are met across the practice. This is more than just a leadership role, it’s a chance to shape the future of our rostering function. You’ll drive innovation and continuous improvement by streamlining processes and contributing to key workforce initiatives across the practice.
