Position Title:  WorkForce Software - Business Consultant Sales   Reporting Line:  VP, Global Solution Consulting   Position Purpose: The solution consultant role involves a set of activities and processes that support the sales team and educate potential customers before a deal is closed. Professionals in this role act as a crucial bridge between a customer's needs and the product's technical capabilities, ensuring alignment and building trust to increase the chances of a successful sale.   Key Responsibilities: * Conduct presentations to current and prospective customers highlighting the value of our products and services * Respond to sales and partner-related product inquiries * Train Partners on how to demonstrate our products * Participate in the maintenance and enrichment of the demo environment * Lead discovery calls and requirements interpretation * Deliver configured demos based on customer requirements * Manage multiple, complex, simultaneous projects * Complete RFI, and RFPs for prospective customers * Work with the Product Management team for continuous product improvement * Attend and demonstrate at events such as tradeshows * Other responsibilities as assigned by management.   Skills & Experience: * A minimum of 2 years of experience in the HCM space or relevant industry experience * A minimum of 4 years of experience conducting complex presentations / Demos * Must work well with other team members * Motivated to win opportunities * Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines * Suggest best practices within the scope of our products’ capabilities * Strong problem solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Technical savvy.   Certifications / Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred)
