Experience with web service integration technologies (SOAP, REST) is a plus. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. System Configuration: Set up and customize Workforce Software modules for timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and payroll based on client requirements. Client: Work with clients to understand their specific workforce management needs, challenges, and business processes. Integration Development: Create and maintain interfaces to connect Workforce Software with other client systems, often using tools like Python, SQL, and web services. Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical and configuration issues that arise after implementation.
