Full-time / 6 month temporary contract / Starting ASAP /Jane & Finch

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma in Social Services, Business, Marketing or related. International degrees must be evaluated for Canadian equivalency.
  • 1-2 years of business development, sakes, or outreach experience
  • Strong knowledge of the labour market
  • Effective organizational and time management skills; ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact and communicate with a wide range of individuals and personalities, including community professionals, clients, colleagues, staff, volunteers, and employers
  • Computer literate; the ability to learn systems used by the agency (ie. SalesForce)
  • A clear Police Vulnerable Sector check is required for this position

Our ideal candidate will also have:

  • Valid Ontario driver’s license as travel is required for this position
  • Certification from an institution, such as VRA Canada or ICCI
  • Employment Ontario knowledge and exposure
