Join Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Trust as our Workforce Transformation Officer in our People, Inclusion & Organisational Development Team.
The Workforce Transformation Officer will support our divisional and corporate leaders in the monitoring of staff absences and work with our People, Inclusion & Organisational Development team colleagues to ensure the effective management of absences.
In this role, you will operate a recording and monitoring system for all absences, to support and enable costs associated with high levels of sickness absence is kept to a minimum.
In addition, you will contribute to the workforce redesign and planning processes for our Trust, so our plans link and are complemented with work at system level and with other providers.
Additionally, you will support our organisational development initiatives to promote team effectiveness and organisational performance across the Trust.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience and have previous experience experience in Human Resources or workforce systems roles.
You should have knowledge of Human Resources Management issues e.g. sickness absence, staff turnover, workforce planning, organisational development, diversity, along with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
