The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd was established by its founding members to provide a coordinated/integrated approach to the planning, development and delivery of comprehensive primary health care services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations within the Southeast Qld Region. Work alongside all IUIH employees to support the development and implementation of the IUIH Workforce Wellbeing strategy as well as supporting managers and employees by providing coaching and mentoring to ensure we are supporting team’s and individual’s wellbeing. Your day to day duties may include: Lead the implementation and refinement of the IUIH Workforce Wellbeing Strategy. Develop external partnerships with organisations and services which can support staff wellbeing. Monitor Cultural Integrity mechanisms supporting organisational approaches to cultural and workplace wellbeing. Provide mentoring and coaching to employees and managers to support their Wellbeing. Monitor and report on wellbeing programs and initiatives in order to continue to innovate and improve on staff wellbeing. About You? Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD) Current Criminal History Check Desirable, but not mandatory: Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and /or communities What Can we Offer? Responsibilities
The coordinator will support the development and implementation of the Workforce Wellbeing strategy across the organization, providing coaching and mentoring to managers and employees to ensure team and individual wellbeing is supported. Duties include leading strategy refinement, developing external wellbeing partnerships, monitoring cultural integrity mechanisms, and reporting on program effectiveness.
